About Us

Tara & Brian have been married for 14 years. After 20 years of service and five tours in Afghanistan, Brian retired from the Air Force in 2027, with Tara by his side through it all. Before meeting Brian, Tara was raised in poverty by a single mother and has always felt that it was her calling to teach her children that your circumstances don't define you. With faith and a bit of hard work, you can move any mountain. Brian and Tara want to lead by example and create a legacy for their family, team, and community. Today, they’re raising two boys and building Lady Liberty Cleaning Co. in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Our Cleaning Process

Great cleaning shouldn’t depend on who happens to show up that day. Every Lady Liberty cleaner learns the same room-by-room process — where to start, what order to clean in, and how to work through a home without missing the details.

We give our cleaners a system they can rely on, so our clients get consistency they can rely on too. It all starts with our "Cleaning Song Method". Why a song? Because checklists get forgotten. Songs get stuck in your head. Our training process uses the same techniques that school teachers have been using for generations to help students commit info to memory: mnemonics.

1. We Start With a System

It sounds a little silly. That’s kind of the point.

The song goes to the tune of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and it goes like this:

"Clear away and dust today,
Vacuum first before you spray.
Scrub it clean, rinse and dry,
Polish up and make it shine.
Sinks are last and then the floors,
Mop your way out through the door."

Behind every line is part of our cleaning process. It helps new cleaners remember the proper order until that order becomes second nature.

2. Yes, We Actually Have a Cleaning Song

Knowing how to clean is only half the job. Our cleaners are also trained on the products and tools they use including what goes where, proper dilution, surface compatibility, and when a product should not be used. We don't want cleaners experimenting with your home. If they're carrying it into your house, they've been taught how to use it. Additionally, our product lineup has been chosen to be incredibly gentle on surfaces and noses. Our cleaning products are non-toxic and we focus on cleaning skills and tools vs. overpowering products.

3. Products Matter, Too

We don't hand someone a checklist and send them into a client's home.

New cleaners receive hands-on training and practice our process before they're expected to work independently. From there, checklists, quality standards, feedback, and continued coaching help keep everyone on the same page.

Because "professionally trained" shouldn't just be something a cleaning company puts on its website. It should mean something.
